Outside the pool season and school holidays for a stay longer than 1 week		 € 275 € 275  
Prices in Euros 
 The price includes gas, water, electricity (up to 80 kw) and bed linen. Local tax, "Taxe de séjour", 0.70 per person per day, will be charged on top of the rental price.

Heating:
 Terra and Ocre are heated by a wood burning stove and the bedrooms have electric heating. Costs will be charged as used.

Heated pool season:
2008: 26th of April till 20th of September
 
Changeover is Saturday. Outside the season we can be flexible.
Arrival after 4pm, departure before 10am.
Owners live on site in the main house next to Pastel, 200 meters away from Ocre & Terra, and will be at hand for any queries and help.
Guests are kindly requested to leave the house tidy and clean, as they found it.
 
A returnable security deposit of € 200 per house is required upon arrival.  
 
So sorry, but Pets are not allowed at Roujos.
