The location
Le Roujos is an estate located at 4 km from the lively market village of Beaumont de Lomagne, approx 45 minutes NW of the vibrant city of Toulouse. From unspoilt nature to romantic experiences and gourmet discoveries, Tarn-et-Garonne offers tailor-made holidays. From cosy accommodation to local producers and budget getaways, Tarn-et-Garonne promises unique, rejuvenating holidays for couples, families and friends.
The estate of 18 acres is a former smallholding built circa 1723. It includes
a "maison de maître" (manor house) built in the same pink bricks as the old city centre of Toulouse, where Sylvie and Alain live, and three gites located in the other buildings of the estate allowing you to spend excellent holidays.

OUR HOLIDAY HOMES
The gite pastel is located in the 'caretaker's house';
Formerly used as a house for the staff of the estate, the house is now used as a holiday home and can accommodate up to four people (2 adults and 2 children). Despite its modern comfort, the gite will plunge you into the style of the previous generation. The cosy terrace offers a view of the small village of Vigueron, further up the valley.
The gites Ocre and Terra, are located in the old toolshed.
Restored in the typical style of the Lomagne region, the shed has been converted into two spacious (140 square metres each) and comfortable gites, which can accommodate up to five people each. Of course, if you wish to use the gite for two, no problem.
OUR SERVICES
Garden and barbecue
The seven-hectare site is a magnificent park shaded by old plane trees.
You will find a large stone barbecue, and several tables and benches, which will allow you to get together with several families to enjoy the evening.
The private patios include wooden chairs, garden furniture and, of course, barbecues.
Service
The beds are made upon arrival.

You can bring your own towels, or rent them.
​
Your hosts speak English, and there is always someone on site to welcome you, and provide you with any information or help you might need.

Swimming pool
The swimming pool is heated at 27° and constitute a place for relaxation and entertainment.
The deckchairs and pergola allow those who wish to read quietly to do so in the sun or in the shade, while the children play in the pool. A fence prohibits children from approaching the pool alone.
Shops
You will find nearby all the shops and services useful for a carefree stay.

Free Wifi is available in each gîte.
Baby equipment
We provide all the necessary equipment to welcome young children in complete safety (cots, high chairs, etc.).
Leisure
The petanque court and the seven-hectare grounds allow you to enjoy all the holiday activities on the estate.
You can also get away from it all to enjoy the peace and quiet of Le Roujos.

The region
The estate is located in the south-west of France between Toulouse and Agen, in the Lomagne region, an area barely discovered by tourists.
It retains many historic sites from its rich past, but has turned resolutely towards the future and sustainable development.
