Gite Ocre (140 m2 - 2 to 5 people)

Located in the former coach house of the estate, the gite Ocre is very spacious (140m²) and full of character. This comfortable and well equipped gîte is suitable for 2-5 people, with 3 bedrooms of which 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are on the ground floor. This is a spacious accommodation, but feels also very pleasant for couples. The gite is surrounded by old plane trees, with French sliding doors opening up onto a large, partially covered, terrace, with wooden garden furniture and a BBQ. This makes an ideal spot to enjoy the balmy evenings and to have your meals alfresco.

The gite Ocre has a spacious living area with a southern decorated dining and sitting area, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, separate toilet, and a well-equipped open kitchen.

You will find:
A fridge with freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine and a toaster. A woodstove (Godin) in the living area, and electric heating in the bedrooms. Colour TV with French channels.

On the ground floor:
A double bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm),
A double bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm),
A bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, a separate toilet.

On the first floor:
A "mezzanine” bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
A playroom/library.

All beds have duvets. Ocre also has one cot and a highchair available.

In the large – shared- hall you will find a washing machine, a playpen, and outdoor toys.
